Studio Zumba Meeting

Anoche fue mi primer "meeting" como parte del equipo de instructores de Studio Zumba.

Aunque todos los comentarios fueron positivos, hay varias cositas en las que necesito trabajar.

Necesito sacar la certificación de CPR  la cual cuesta $36.00 y otra certificación nacional de "fitness". Esta última puede ser AFAA, ACE, NETA o cualquier otra de mi preferencia. Estas fluctúan alrededor de    $ 400.00 con los materiales de estudio.

A todos los instructores se nos dio un año para obtener las mismas. Aunque un año es tiempo suficiente para muchos, para mi no lo es. El problema no es el tiempo, si no el dinero. Yo solo tengo una clase a la semana en la que me gano $15.00 y  no tengo otro trabajo (cuido a mi hijo atiempo completo). Bueno, basta de quejas. Tendré que posponer otros planes que tenía y ahorrar para obtener las certificaciones que necesito. De todos modos, estas certificaciones eran algo que deseaba obtener en un futuro no muy lejano.

Studio Zumba "Good Teen Friday"

Well, I finally finished everything and I did my performance.

I did 2 songs and the teens followed me.It was kind of a workout class on my costume.

It was a little bit difficult for them to follow the moves, but they tried.

I enjoyed it . Also, the Zumba classes were very fun. I just wanted to dance!!

Then on Saturday, they had a special guest Zumba instructor from Florida.

She is amazing! The energy that she has it's unbelievable. I went with my son Jaron and I couldn't take the whole class. But thanks to my awesome boss Joan, who watched my son for a couple minutes, I got to dance a little. It was so fun that I couldn't stop smiling the whole time.

Studio Zumba in Ohio it's an amazing place to workout. Their owners and instructors have so much positive energy that you can feel it as soon as you walk in. 

Getting ready!

Tomorrow I'll be performing at Studio Zumba "Good Teen Friday". I just found about it last night.

Even thought  I try to have everything ready for it, there's always something that I have to do.

I need to decide which song I'm going to do. Also, I need to adjust the belt of my costume, do my hair, paint my toenails, and iron the costume skirt.

It doesn't sound like a lot, but with my son claiming my attention every second, it seems like I never going to get done.
